Church Boards

There are two boards at Mayflower. Each board has a different set of tasks and goals to help Mayflower run smoothly and enrich the lives of its members and our neighbors. The board members are elected each year at our annual meeting in January. Besides the boards, there are several committees that support our congregation in various ways.

Board of Deacons/Christian Education

This board’s goal is to provide spiritual growth, care, and well-being for the congregation. The board also coordinates the education of youth and adults about our faith and the teachings of Jesus.

Board of Trustees/Mission and Outreach

This board’s goal is to make decisions regarding the management of church finances and maintenance of our church building. The board also finds ways to reach out to others in our neighborhood and global communities to offer assistance.
